Yoga & Healing Practice
Kristina Sodamin is a 200-hour RYT certified in 2025. She graduated from Mimi Yoga Studio in Miami, Florida, under the instruction of Miriam Ghandour, Ewa Josefsson, and Janet Isabelli. Having grown up practicing yoga with her mother, yoga has always been a grounding and empowering presence in her life. What began as a personal practice focused on strength, movement, and self-connection naturally evolved into a passion for guiding others on their journeys.
Kristina teaches energetic, dynamic power vinyasa flows designed to build strength while remaining accessible to all levels. Her teaching style is light, uplifting, and encouraging, with an emphasis on fluid sequencing, mindful breath, and intelligent transitions. She believes yoga is for every body and offers thoughtful variations that help students feel supported, challenged, and confident. Her classes create a welcoming, positive environment where students move with purpose, listen inward, and leave feeling lighter, happier, and empowered. Classes balance strength and playfulness and often conclude with sound healing, guided meditation, and intentional language to support relaxation and integration.
In addition to her 200-hour training, Kristina completed a Yoga Alliance–certified Healing Words training with Ewa Josefsson, deepening her skills in guided meditation and intentional language, which she weaves into her classes to support presence and self-awareness.
Before completing her yoga training, Kristina spent three years working as a personal clothing stylist in Denver, helping clients feel confident and comfortable in their bodies. She holds a Marketing degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and has professional experience in social media, content creation, and client-facing roles, including front desk and studio support at Yoga Pearl in Boulder, as well as content creation for A Line Boutique and a Miami-based marketing agency. This background continues to shape her teaching approach, reinforcing her belief that supporting people in feeling good in their bodies, through movement, presence, or self-expression, can be deeply transformative. Kristina is fluent in English, Norwegian, and German.
Based in Miami, Florida, Kristina teaches group classes, private sessions, events, and retreats.
